CG Motorsport 555 Series Twin Plate Supersport Clutch Kit with Flywheel

CG Motorsport 555 twin plate Clutch kit assemblies have been designed for use on standard fast road/track day vehicles that have had their BHP and torque heavily increased.

The clutch cover is a high grade aluminium design. A compact one-piece aluminium alloy construction for strength and has better heat dissipation to enable the clutch to function more efficiently. The intermediate plates are of high grade EN24 steel. The 2 drive plates have 550 BHP HD1 racing material.

The clutch kit assembly can also be used with Cerametallic drive plates for track day use.

As the 555 Series Clutch kit comes with a flywheel there is a chance you may experience some harmonically transmitted noises when installing this kit. This type of noise is normal and acceptable in motorsport application but will vary from vehicle to vehicle. Most of these noises are covered up by the dual mass flywheel and are extremely difficult to hide when running a single mass. These noises do not in any way affect the performance of the flywheel.

Please Note - These kits do not include a Concentric Slave Cylinder or flywheel bolts.

CG Motorsport recommends a new slave cylinder is sourced where possible and original flywheel bolts to be used with this kit.

A 500 mile break in is recommended with this clutch.
