While the vast majority of deliveries arrive on the scheduled date, on rare occasions unforeseen circumstances can result in a parcel being delayed until the following day. Where possible, we recommend selecting a Friday delivery, particularly if your meal is for a special occasion, to provide additional peace of mind and help avoid any disruption to your plans. Our meal kits are packed using high-quality wool insulation and ice packs, carefully selected in partnership with our packaging suppliers, to keep the contents safely refrigerated for at least 48 hours. This allows ample time for a second delivery attempt while ensuring your food remains in excellent condition.
