Our Vorsprung Autowerk 4 Bar MAP Sensors are designed as a direct upgrade for the factory 3 Bar sensors found on the EA839 2.9T and 3.0T engines. This upgrade is essential for customers running higher boost applications and advanced tuning solutions, such as our upcoming Stage 3 software calibrations.

Each kit includes two precision-calibrated 4 Bar sensors that connect seamlessly to the OEM wiring harness for straightforward installation. The sensors are secured by removing the original charge pipe retention clips, with installation following the same process as the factory components.

For those running aftermarket charge pipes, our sensors are also compatible with Wagner units when installed with Wagner’s supplied hardware.
