This is a collection of Peppers that are not Peppercorns. These spices are called peppers because of their resemblance in look and taste to peppercorns but come from different plants. The peppers can be ground or used whole to season dishes, flavor braises and stocks or spice up simple syrups. The set includes numbing Sansho and Wild Timur Pepper, Tasmanian Pepper Berries, Long Pepper, Cubeb Pepper, and Pink Peppercorns. 

Each spice comes in a cork topped glass bottle and the set is stored in a window tin.
