Very Good/VG+ vintage condition with minor -to- moderate overall wear from normal use over the years but NO breaks or repairs. Light layer of rust removed from exposed steel (minor pitting at top corner of label side, see pics) and blade freshly sharpened (extremely sharp, ready to use!). Head firmly attached to original hickory handle (zero play/wobble), which is solid with NO breaks or repairs and features great patina throughout. Extraordinary example of a outstanding old axe!
