Lavandula angustifolia offers a clean, classic lavender taste without the sharper camphor notes found in lavandin types.

These buds are hand‑harvested at peak bloom on our family farm to ensure the best color, aroma, and culinary quality.

Dried Culinary Lavender Buds can be used in beverages, baking, and cooking.  Lavender Fresh Farm dries and de-buds right here on our farm.  Our de-budding process uses a 3 tray shaker system to remove dust, stems, and leaves.  We run our buds through this shaker twice. All of our buds are packaged by hand using a hand sifter to once more remove as many leaves and stems as possible.  Please note that it is impossible to remove all the leaves, and they in no way impact the flavor or quality of your recipes.
