The tablets provide glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, vitamin C, manganese and turmeric to support joint and cartilage health. The capsules provide concentrated omega-3 fish oil with EPA and DHA plus vitamin E. Free from sugar, salt, yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy and artificial colours, preservatives and flavourings.

Composition

Each tablet contains:

• Glucosamine Sulphate: 500 mg (providing Free Glucosamine from shellfish: 390 mg)
• Chondroitin Sulphate: 400 mg
• Vitamin C: 100 mg
• Manganese: 2 mg
• Turmeric (Curcuma longa) Powder: 100 mg

Each capsule contains:

• Fish Oil Concentrate: 1250 mg, providing EPA: 425 mg, DHA: 325 mg, Total Omega-3: 750 mg
• Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol): 7.5 mg

Suggested Usage

As directed:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet and 1 capsule daily with food
