🧭 Startup Instructions

  1. Install the spark plug, connect the ignition system, and attach the water-cooling tubes.
  2. Check compression and ignition before fueling.
  3. If the room temperature is below 25°C, preheat the cylinder with warm circulating water for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the power, cover the air inlet, and rotate the flywheel clockwise until you see fuel enter the cylinder.
  5. Turn on the power, set the throttle at about 70°, and spin the flywheel to start the engine.

Note: Difficulty starting in extreme temperatures is normal due to fuel characteristics. Repeat steps 4–5 if needed. For stronger performance, an upgraded carburetor or intake system can be used (recommended for experienced users only).


⚠️ Safety & Maintenance

  • Do not touch moving gears, the flywheel, or exhaust pipe during operation.
  • Avoid contact with high-voltage ignition components; ensure proper grounding to prevent electric shock.
  • Do not run the engine for more than 2 minutes without water cooling.
