A very nice Charlton 8450C fly reel with all three spools (3/4, 5/6, and 7/8). Near mint condition with one faint mounting mark on the foot, one tiny nick on the frame, and one tiny nick on the edge of the 7/8 spool. Superb otherwise, and the reel and spools appear to have spent almost all of their time in the case. Set up for LHW but can be easily reversed to RHW. A very nice package here and with all three spools you can easily tailor the reel to your needs and conditions. The exclusive configurable system accommodates three different quick-change spools: 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8 weight. The retrieve rate increases as you mount spools engineered for smaller line weights, resulting in a large arbor, quick-retrieve reel. When mounted with the smaller spools it becomes a lightweight, quick-retrieve, freshwater reel. Carbon fiber disk drag system built for serious stopping power. Type III anodizing for maximum saltwater protection. Oversized 5/8" smooth-riding aerospace bearings.
