The necklace consists of: 2-mm silver round beads and 14-mm Howlite round beads. Each end of the necklace is completed with a silver cone and bead for a splendid finish. The cones are stamped sterling.

Howlite is named after its discoverer Henry How. Howlite is known for its great final polish and rich luster. Howlite is often mistaken for "white buffalo" or "white turquoise" due to the similarity of appearance.
