Cellucor C4®iD contains CarnoSyn®, the patented form of beta alanine, which can increase time to exhaustion and improve endurance. Another patented ingredient is NO3-T®, which is a form of creatine nitrate that’s more water soluble and therefore easily absorbed than traditional creatine monohydrate.

For increased pumps and bloodflow, Cellucor C4® iD uses Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate, which is involved in the production of Nitric Oxide, a compound responsible for the rigidity of blood vessels. AAKG increases NO production, which in turn causes blood vessels to relax and allow more blood to flow to the muscle, carrying more nutrients and oxygen with it.
