A Ron Kusse Baby Catskill bamboo fly rod, 6', 2-piece, 2-tip, and built for a #1 line. Serial #9401. The hang tag states the weight at 1 ounce but my scale has it closer to 1.5 ounces. Mint unfished condition. The tips mic out at .058". Blonde cane done in a three up node pattern. The main wraps are light tan with a red edge at the keeper and male ferrule. A snake guide is used for the stripper. The grip is 4" long and shaped to a medium cigar profile. The cap and ring seat is just 3" long over a varnished maple spacer. The cap and ring are polished nickel silver and the cap has "Ron Kusse, Maker" stamped into it. The rod packs into a yellow cloth bag with Ron's hang tag and a brass topped aluminum tube with "Kusse, Maker" stamped into the cap.
