Beyond shocked to say the least; this is vibrant with a fine interplay between acid and fatness, chalk and mousse with layers of exotic flavors like pearl, almond, ginger, tea, lemon, quince and more that are seemingly impossible for a Champagne at this price range to which I was told by the distributor that this is technically a vintage Champagne which cannot list the year due to the AOC laws.  Dosage is about 4-5g, disgorged to order but typically aged 3 years. It’s 2/3 Pinot Noir 1/3 Chardonnay. Hand-harvested. Organic and native yeast.
