CERA-FOIL® 3 MIL. FOIL CERAMIC FIBER THERMAL INSULATING BLANKETS

CERA-FOIL® provides hot face insulating barrier protection that stops heat transfer through and around venting systems. This reduction in heat transmission reduces fuel consumption, chimney deposits, and moisture condensation, and promotes a strong draft signal, via virtually instantaneous flue liner heat-up. CERA-FOIL® was introduced in 1986 as an advanced insulating medium with our 304-L
and 316-L-based SUPER FLEX® Flexible Relining System. CERA-FOIL® offers obvious advantages over other insulating methods.

FEATURES:

• Total fiber containment, easy installation
• Available in three custom factory-trimmed widths, minimizing
   waste, cost, and time.
• Lightweight, no settling.
• No curing time, not affected by moisture or temperature.
•  4” foil equivalent to 12” of Vermiculite based on insulating slurry.
• It will not break down from extreme temperatures or thermal cycling.
• Always allows for proper thermal expansion.

• 1” Cera Foil® blankets are used exclusively to wrap and insulate the firebox, flares, hearth, and smoke chamber.
