How to Use

Please note that Schatzi Breathe Easy is for inhalation use only — not suitable for ingestion or topical application.

Safe from 3 months old.

On a Tissue/Cotton Pad or Dudu Buddy

• Day: Add 2–3 drops to a tissue or cotton pad and hold near (not touching) your child to inhale the vapours.

• Night: Add 2–3 drops to a tissue or cotton pad and place nearby, out of reach, or add 4–5 drops to a Dudu Buddy insert.

In Hot Water
Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot water and allow the child to inhale the vapours, or leave the bowl in the room out of reach.

In a Diffuser/Humidifier
Add 3–5 drops and let the gentle vapours fill the room, easing breathing and promoting comfort.

In a Nebulizer
Add 1–2 drops to saline and allow the child to inhale the vapours.
