Unmatched Payload Capacity

The FC100 supports a maximum takeoff weight of 149.9 kg, a 60% increase over the FlyCart 30. It can carry up to 80 kg with a single battery over 6 km, or 85 kg in dual-battery mode across 12 km. Without payload, it reaches up to 26 km in range.

High-Altitude Performance

Engineered for rugged environments, the FC100 performs at altitudes up to 3,000 meters while carrying 70 kg (single battery) or 50 kg (dual battery), with a maximum flight ceiling of 6,000 meters.

Advanced Propulsion System

Featuring 62-inch carbon fiber propellers, a coaxial dual-rotor system, and 420A ESCs, the FC100 delivers greater thrust, torque, and reduced vibration—ensuring responsive and stable flight.

Comprehensive Safety Systems

Equipped with a redesigned parachute system, the FC100 protects cargo and aircraft during emergencies. It also integrates LiDAR (300,000 points/sec), millimeter-wave radar, and a quad-vision system with five-direction fisheye cameras for enhanced obstacle detection. Its IP55 rating ensures resistance to dust, rain, and winds up to 12 m/s, operating reliably from -20°C to 40°C.

Aerial Hoisting System

The flagship version includes a 30 m retractable cable with real-time weighing, automatic anti-sway, and active hook control. Dual-battery configurations allow for simpler ground unloading with one-key fusing.

Powerful Charging & Battery Technology

Powered by the DB2160 battery (41 Ah), the FC100 supports 9-minute fast charging with 12,000W/15,000W stations and hot-swappable batteries for minimal downtime.

Next-Gen Transmission & Control

The O4 transmission system provides a 20 km link with 4G enhancement and relay options. The RC Plus 2 controller features a 7-inch, 1400-nit display, IP54 protection, and dual-operator mode.

Integrated Software Ecosystem

The DJI Delivery App enables guided loading/unloading, multi-view assistance, and one-key automation, while the Delivery Cloud platform supports mission planning, AR waypoint navigation, and fleet coordination. The FC100 also supports third-party integration via PSDK Eport-lite and Cloud-to-Cloud Docking 2.0.
