Power Cord for SKF Actuator Motor MAX63 / MAX65 / MAX74 A200415A0100-000 - Armedica 03606 OEM Replacement Part.  For high-use tables, we recommend our hospital-grade 03606H cable instead.

This SKF actuator motor will fit only the table models below that have an Armedica serial # of 12774 or greater. It is used in conjunction with the foot switch for many of these same tables.  This power cord is for the actuator motor itself.

The foot switch model number is located on the underside and contains model #: 
 STF01-LU1000-X100.
