Das Leporello Endlich Ruhe stellt eine friedliche Szene aus dem Buch ma-eum: Wandernde Gemüter dar, in der die ma-eum ihren Glanz wiedergefunden haben und zur Ruhe gekommen sind. Das Konzept ist von der koreanischen Genremalerie ‚Chaekgeori' (übersetzt: Bücher und Dinge) inspiriert und wird in den Ausstellungen von Jeong Hwa Min häufig als Wandinstallation dargestellt. Durch die Erweiterung und Übertragung der fließenden Erzählung des zeitbasierten Mediums Buch in den Ausstellungsraum möchte die Künstlerin einen Zustand festhalten, in dem das ma-eum ohne Zeitlichkeit in der Ausstellung verweilen kann. 

The leporello Endlich Ruhe depicts a peaceful scene from the book ma-eum: Wandering Minds, in which the ma-eum have regained their spleandor and come to rest. The concept is inspired by the Korean genre painting 'Chaekgeori' (translated: books and things) and is often depicted as a wall installation in Jeong Hwa Min's exhibitions. By extending and transposing the fluid narrative of the time-based medium of books into the exhibition space, the artist aims to capture a state in which the ma-eum can dwell in the exhibition without temporality.
