This force is led by an Emperor’s Champion wielding the legendary Black Sword, supported by three Bladeguard Veterans, five Sword Brethren, and a 10-strong Crusader Squad. Together, they form a balanced and thematic Combat Patrol force ideal for small-scale games of Warhammer 40,000.

The Bladeguard Veterans can be armed with a variety of pistol, sword, and shield combinations, with multiple options for the veteran sergeant. The Sword Brethren feature extensive weapon choices, including thunder hammers, pyre pistols, lightning claws, and combi-weapons, with interchangeable parts for customisation. The Crusader Squad blends Initiates and Neophytes, offering options for bolt rifles, chainswords, pyreblasters, power fists, and even an optional Sword Brother.

This set builds 19 multipart miniatures from 468 plastic components and includes 10 Citadel 40mm Round Bases, 4 Citadel 28mm Round Bases, 6 Citadel 32mm Round Bases, and two Black Templars Upgrade Transfer Sheets with 226 decals each.
