Tasting

Snap:

• Sharp

Melt:

• This bar requires chewing mostly due to the caramel pieces. I did taste the chocolate on its own

Aroma (without caramel present):

• Roasted cacao and peach caramel

Texture/Mouth feel:

• Thick, viscous, with a detectable grain.

Taste:

• The chocolate itself had flavour notes of malted caramel, chocolate mousse and caramel thickshake. The large pieces of caramel increased the sweetness of these flavour notes, however, their size and consistency disrupted the melt and overall experience.

Ingredient:

Cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cacao butter, Australian milk powder, non-GMO sunflower lecithin, butter, salt flakes, bicarb soda.

May contain traces of gluten, tree nuts.
