PANS/PANDAS 1 is the most basic PANS/PANDAS lab testing.

While there can be layers of toxins and infections contributing to your child's PANS symptoms, mold toxicity and Lyme disease (and coinfections) are the most common culprits.

No PANS testing is complete without these functional labs which are far more sensitive than your standard lab testing. 

Also note, mycotoxin testing is not about a mold allergy, it's looking for mycotoxins which are a secondary metabolite from mold. Regular labs do not test for mycotoxins, they just look for signs of an allergy to mold spores.

Lyme, and especially Bartonella, is often found to be a source of brain inflammation that contributes to PANS. Tickborne 1.0 checks for the major Lyme infections, including Bartonella.

Mycotoxins
This urine test checks for mycotoxins in the body. These cause extreme gut damage, immunosuppression and makes it hard to rid toxins and lower infections which lead to autoimmunity.
