After 23 years in the noodle business, Grand Noodle founder Kim Hyeon-Gyu relocated to Geochang to continue his passion for crafting seasonal, ingredient-rich foods. Since 2007, Grand Noodle has produced handmade noodles and healthy pantry items using whole ingredients—never powders. Their line includes rice, apple, chili, and grape noodles—each one thoughtfully made for both flavor and nutrition.

30년 국수 장인 김현규 대표는 대기업 진출로 자리를 잃은 후 고향 거창으로 돌아가, 제철 재료를 활용한 건강한 국수를 직접 갈아 만드는 제면소를 2007년에 시작했습니다. 쌀, 사과, 고추, 포도 등 통재료를 갈아 만든 ‘거창한 국수’는 재료 본연의 맛과 건강함을 전합니다.
