Mariposa Leather Tape is durable and elegant. Skived to sit cleanly and uniformly when wrapped. The tape has a slight stretch to it making it easy to form around the curves of the handlebar, unlike other leather tape and looks great on both modern racing bikes and vintage touring bikes. 

The durability of the tape is remarkable. We’ve been using it for over five years. It doesn’t scuff or rip as easily as most ‘foam’ or ‘rubber’ handlebar tapes. 

The thin tape allows easy grip of the bars and is likely one of the most aerodynamic wraps on the market as it sits flat on the bar and is smooth. 

For those who want some extra padding gel can be placed underneath.
