This is the TiMotion TC21 2-actuator controller that is used on newer Armedica AM series hi-lo tables.   It requires the Armedica 03616 - TiMotion TA23 Actuator Motor to operate, and is activated via the 03611 Foot Switch.

Warranty: 18 months

Please be sure that the Model and Part numbers on your existing Controller match exactly those in the pictures of this product.

NOTE:   No returns on this item.  Please check your table model number and table serial number or Controller model number, prior to placing your order.  We can only guarantee compatibility with Armedica brand hi-lo tables.  Lead time can vary but most orders will ship within two weeks!  The warranty is 1 year for this replacement part.
