First-generation winemakers, the Ford family planted their first vines in 2018 at their home near Bishop's Stortford in Hertfordshire. Now, in 2025, their dedication bears fruit in the form of two sparkling wines, the Classic Cuvée and a Sparkling Rosé. From last year, they also have a state-of-the-art winery on site, next door to the vines and their home, that will allow the family to control the winemaking from the grape pressing to aging to bottling.

The Classic Cuvée 2022 reflects English winemaking at its best. A traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, bottle-fermented by the traditional method, where the notes of golden brioche and gently baked apples are perfectly balanced.
