Important: Maximum input voltage: 125 Vrms / 190 Vpk. This instrument is not rated for measurement categories CAT II, III, or IV, and no transient overvoltage is allowed.

Important: Maximum input voltage on analog channels is 125 Vrms; 190 Vpk. Probing technology allows testing of higher voltages — for example, the included N2843A 10:1 probe supports testing up to 300 Vrms.

Important: An MSO (mixed signal) model ships standard with 16 digital/logic channels and a logic probe; a DSO model can be upgraded to MSO at any time via the DSOXG3MSO software license, with the N2756A 16-channel MSO cable delivered separately.

Recommended pairing: use the N7020A power rail probe — a 2 GHz, 1:1 probe with a plus/minus 24 V offset range — for mV-sensitivity DC power-rail noise, ripple, and transient measurements.
