A wine made from Tempranillo grapes harvested at their ripest from vineyards in the town of Haro. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place with long periods of maceration to produce wine highly suitable for ageing. Crianza? ageing lasts for 15 months in American oak barrels with the appropriate racking carried out traditionally, using gravity from one barrel to another. The ageing process finishes in the bottle, where the wine acquires the final refining needed before it can be sold. Alcohol content: 13-Percent Grape variety: 100-Percent Tempranillo.
