It also had contained ripeness and 13.5% alcohol, but it was darker than the 2020 but following the same style; and the wine has elegance and a vibrant palate, with very good freshness. The 2021 reveals aromas of violets, delicate roses, and lavender, with hints of sour cherry and mint. Delicate with very fine, juicy tannins, it delivers freshness and good flavor.
