A low emission one-component Silane Terminated Polymer (STP) sealant/adhesive, suitable for applications in areas of air ventilation and incidental food contact.
Sikaflex®-522 is suitable for interior and exterior elastic sealing and bonding applications and adheres well to a variety of substrates including timber, glass, metals, metal primers and paint coatings (2-part systems), ceramic materials and plastics.
This product has a high weathering and mould resistance and meets highest EHS standards.
NOTE: Seek manufacturer’s advice and perform tests on original substrates before using Sikaflex®-522 on materials prone to stress cracking. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Test with actual substrates and conditions must be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
