Our white peppercorns are derived from the pepper vine's berries. When completely matured berries are stripped of their outer coating and allowed to ferment naturally in the sun, the result is creamy, white peppercorns. White pepper has a milder spiciness than black peppercorns. Their flavour, on the other hand, is more complex and has an earthy, musty flavour. They are related to an astounding range of health advantages because they include a chemical called piperine and are high in fibre. To keep the entire flavour, add some after the item has been cooked. White pepper is preferred by gourmet chefs and is a secret ingredient for the majority.
