The Back on Track Horse Head Cap is designed with Welltex material to aid in reducing discomfort caused by TMJ, poll tension, and stiffness. The Head Cap can also aid in calming horses that are easily excitable or nervous.

The cap is designed to cover both the atlas and the axis. It has closures around the ears for optimal adjustability and laces on each side that fasten under the throat.

The horse cap should be used under a halter or bridle and is suitable as a warm-up of muscles before training and as recovery.

Care and Washing

• Do not wash at high temperatures
• Do not iron with a hot iron
• Do not tumble dry

• Turn items inside out before washing (e.g., garments, coats, blankets)
• Use a mild detergent without enzymes and always air dry if possible. When opting to tumble dry, use low heat.
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
• For knitted items, lay flat on a towel to dry
• Waterproof or water-resistant products should be washed with a gentle detergent; avoid those containing Aluminum Chloride, Enzymes, Silver, or Citrine, as they may damage the mineral-infused textiles
• Apparel and performance gear should be washed in cold water. If shrinkage occurs, gently stretch the item while wet to restore its original shape, then air dry

Storage Tip

Avoid storing products in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can degrade the material over time.
