Rather rare in any state, Jethro Jackson [ed.] had the rather innovative idea of publishing a series of original works by Western authors multiple times and from multiple publishers over a series of years, mixing up the etchings, and treating them as entirely new. The contents, other than etchings, are essentially identical.
