The GIGGLEPIN Super Housing is a complete replacement lower housing engineered to overcome the limitations of the original WARN 8274 design while providing a stronger, more durable and more serviceable platform for modern high-performance winch builds.

Manufactured from heat-treated cast aluminium and packed with engineering improvements, the Super Housing has been developed for serious recreational users, competition winches and extreme recovery applications where reliability is critical.

Unlike a standard WARN housing, the GIGGLEPIN Super Housing incorporates upgraded bearings, improved sealing, increased lubrication, greater mounting flexibility and significantly enhanced serviceability, helping create a winch capable of handling the demands of modern motors, gearing upgrades and heavy recovery loads.

Compatible with standard WARN 8274/8074 drums, GIGGLEPIN solid drums, GIGGLEPIN FreeSpool drums, standard WARN top housings and all GIGGLEPIN twin motor top housings.

Engineered for Serious Winch Builds

The Super Housing has been specifically engineered to work with the GIGGLEPIN SuperShaft system and GIGGLEPIN Large Cam Gear.

When used with a GIGGLEPIN SuperShaft, no D-Shim is required.

Its enhanced bearing support, improved sealing and increased strength make it the ideal foundation for performance upgrades including SuperShafts, Hurricane Gear Sets, twin motor conversions and competition winch builds.

Important Compatibility Information

The GIGGLEPIN Super Housing is designed to be used with the GIGGLEPIN Large Cam Gear (G60121).

The original WARN Large Cam Gear (Part Number 7562) is not compatible with the Super Housing and cannot be used.
