The Monti Cleantech Subsea Bristle Blaster delivers a complete surface preparation package for all your underwater and splash zone surface preparation work.

It removes corrosion, coatings, scale and adhesive residues. And is capable of generating a cleanliness grade comparable with SA 2.5 – 3 per ISO 8501-1 without the use of loose abrasives. Preparing your substrate effectively for the mechanical bonding of protective materials.

This kit provides all of the equipment you'll need to get prepping underwater.

Subsea Bristle Blaster Kit with Pump and Three Phase includes:

• Premium High Pressure Water Pump Unit. Cold water. Petrol.
  Petrol, with an STP 22.50 Stainless Steel Pump.
  Can run at 260bar (3770psi) and with a flow rate of 22Ltr/min.

  Stainless steel pump. Black painted steel frame. Stainless steel cover. Stainless steel fittings and stainless steel by-pass.
  

• Subsea Bristle Blaster
  Water hydraulic unit. 3Kw. 250bar (3625psi). 20Ltr/min.
  Kit includes 23mm Subsea Bristle Blaster belts and Subsea Tool Hose 2m 1/4" to connect Subsea Bristle blaster to the extension hose or pump.

The tool applies Monti’s patented Bristle Blaster technology which is capable of generating a cleanliness grade comparable with SA 2.5 – 3 per ISO 8501-1 without the use of loose abrasives.
