A 2007 vintage cognac from the smallest and

most rare region of Cognac: the Borderies.

This single cask was selected among

thousands of rare cognac casks.

The term of ‘single cask’ is new for the cognac

but much more developed in other brown

spirits. It is a different mind-set and a little

rebellious as it goes against the more common

standards to mass produce the same cognac

year after year.

This single cask 2007 from the Borderies

region was selected for its surprising

characteristics of stone fruits and complex

aromas of vanilla. A rare cognac, crafted in

very exclusive and limited quantity with great

resulting smooth flavors.

NOSE Fragrance of a baked apples, with peach

and ginger spices.

PALATE Sweet candied stone fruits, like peach

and apricot, very unctuous and syrupy,

but medium-bodied in texture, with hints

of vanilla.

FINISH Long wood and ginger spices with oily

textures, and lingering facets of banana

flambée.
