Recipe With spicishop mandi masala
Ingredients
• Rice: 3 cups (soaked 30 mins)
• Meat (Chicken/Lamb/Mutton): 1 kg
• Onions: 2 (sliced)
• Spicishop MandiMasala: 1 packet
• Oil/Butter: 1 cup
Steps
1. Mix Spicishop Mandi Masala with 1 cup water and 2 tbsp oil. Marinate meat.
2. Cook meat in 2 cups water until tender (Chicken: 1 hour, Lamb/Mutton: 2
hours). Save stock.
3. Fry meat in 2 tbsp oil.
4. Fry onions, add 3½ cups stock, and soaked rice. Cook covered for 15 minutes.
5. Add meat on top, cover, and cook 5 more minutes.
