This Labcold Basic Freezer is designed for general laboratory or staff use only. It does not include a lock or temperature monitoring and alarm system, so isn't suitable for temperature-critical storage of vaccines or pharmaceuticals.

Constructed from enamelled steel, this freezer from the Labcold Basic Range is designed to provide basic storage at a lower price while still providing the confidence of the Labcold brand and support.

The freezer has two clear plastic drawers, one which is the interior width of the freezer  and a half drawer at the bottom. There is a storage compartment that runs the whole depth of the freezer with a spring loaded flap to keep contents safe at the top. The adjustable feet ensures the freezer can be stabilised and manual defrost provides you with greater operator control over your temperature sensitive contents.

To put you in control, the temperature can be adjusted with an easy dial located on the right hand side of the interior, however, Labcold will by default set the set point to -20C.
Please note, this freezer is not sparkfree and can not have a lock or digital temperature display fitted to it.

This Basic Freezer is ideal for economic cold storage of items that are not volatile and where precise storage temperature is not product critical. As you would expect from Labcold, this freezer comes backed with a full one years parts and labour warranty.
