How to Use the ART-3

1. Connect: Insert the ART-3 between your radio and your antenna using a short coaxial jumper cable (not included).

2. Test Power: Key the mic on high power and read the Watts scale to ensure your 25W radio is actually putting out ~25W.

3. Test Antenna: Check the SWR scale. A reading of 1.5 or lower is excellent. A reading in the red zone (3.0+) indicates a major fault in your cable or antenna.

Pro Tip: To use this device, you will need a PL-259 to PL-259 Jumper Cable (typically 1-3 feet long) to connect the tester to your radio. This is not included in the box.
