The theme represents "A Scorn Woman" for any woman who falls in love deeply with someone and gives them their heart and life until that love has been broken by ones cheating. The skull represents the trust lost from a broken heart and how she can develop a careless and heartless attitude due to the pain she has experienced. Pryor states "always cherish a woman's love or she can become heartless for the next person that chooses to love her!"
