Sizing:

Hold your head straight, with chin level to the ground, wrap flexible tape measurer around your head, starting at the base of your head and continue under your ears to the bridge of your nose. Continue around the entire head for a circumference measurement. If your head circumference is 22", both sizes will fit you, there just will be more or less overlap in the hook and loop for adjustment.
