Ordering process/

• Upload at least one clear pet picture - the more more, the better!!
• You'll receive images of the painting for approval. Requests for changes are welcome! Please note that if many rounds of changes are required, there may need to be an additional fee.
• Custom stones can take up to 1-2 weeks to create
• Gifts made easy. Ship a portrait straight to your giftee!
• Refunds are not available for custom art unless there is a problem with shipping or the item is damaged
