A very pretty antique Victorian era 15ct Gold puffy heart. This sweet high carat gold heart pendant has a beautiful  Shamrock displayed set with two Seed Pearls and a Garnet gemstone. This delightful heart displays crisp hallmarks to the reverse dating this piece to the 1890s.   A wonderful piece of antique gold keepsake jewellery!
